Clear terms. No small print games.

These terms apply when you hire Frida Marketing (Andrija Ilic, Leskovac, Serbia) to build a website, run an SEO campaign, or deliver any other digital service.

By starting a project, you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, ask before we begin.

Every project starts with a written proposal describing the scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. That document is what we build to.

Changes outside the agreed scope are discussed and priced before work on them continues.

We deliver professionally and on schedule. In return, you provide the content, access, and decisions we need to move forward.

Payment terms are set out in the project proposal. The standard structure is a 50% deposit before work begins and the remaining 50% on completion.

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel after work has started. If we cancel (which is rare and only for serious reasons), we refund the portion covering work not yet completed.

Late payments may pause work until the balance is settled.

After the final invoice is paid, you own everything created specifically for your project: the code, the design, the copy we wrote for you.

We reserve the right to include the work in our portfolio and mention you as a client, unless you ask us not to.

Third-party assets (licensed fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their own licenses. We flag these clearly in every project.

You are responsible for the content you provide. It must be accurate, legally compliant, and yours to use. We are not liable for legal problems caused by content you supplied.

Maintaining backups of your site and data is your responsibility. We recommend doing this regardless of who hosts your project.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant project.

We are not liable for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or indirect damages, even if we were made aware of the possibility beforehand.

Some results depend on factors outside our control: hosting providers, third-party APIs, search engine algorithm changes. We cannot guarantee outcomes tied to these.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Leskovac, Serbia.
